PREFABRICATION OF PIPING SPOOLS & STEEL STRUCTURES AS PER DRAWING.

We undertake the prefabrication of spools and structures as per the approved drawings of the client and get it inspected by third party nominated by the client and export it to overseas destination also the installation. We can execute the same for the oil & gas offshore projects, Marine Industry, refineries and for other industrial Projects.

EQUIPMENT OVERHAULING

  • Evaluating equipment condition and identifying issues.
  • Disassembling equipmens for Inspection & Cleaning.
  • Removing dirt, debris, and contaminants from components.
  • Fixing, replacing damaged parts as necessary. Ensuring equipment functioning & conducting necessary testing with accuration & safety.
  • Assembling the equipment together.
  • Verifying proper operation and performance.
  • Ensuring all components meet standards.
  • Maintaining records of maintenance and repairs for future reference.

We have a pool of highly experienced & certified man power to deploy at overseas to execute the jobs on man days basis.
